Today’s Photo

In the summer of 2006, I took a few students for a hike along this gap between the South and West Mesas of Chaco Canyon. I remember it being a pleasant day, and cool. Afterwards, we enjoyed refreshing beverages and a well-prepared picnic! Ah, the memories…

This image was actually taken the day before from North Mesa above Pueblo Bonito. It’s my favorite image of the day. You can see more images of Chaco in my online galleries.

Look, even *I* know this isn’t true, and we didn’t meet until months later.  In fact, I think I recall an event known as the “Chaco Canyon Death March.”  Is this some kind of test posting to see if your girls are still reading your blog?

Yes - a test which they’ve failed miserably. I guess its the final proof I’ve needed to see that Facebook has destroyed the blog.

Actually they are supposed to be looking at images and helping me narrow down results. Apparently, careers and/or law school is getting in the way. I feel so insignificant…

Still I imagine its good practice for the feelings we’ll experience in about 16 years.

Not true, I’m pretty sure I spend more time on facebook than most people my own age however I still read your blog.

Kind of ironic that I’m the one who sported the t-shirt saying “No one cares about your blog” lol

It could be I’m constantly reminded of you ever day I do design work, which reminds me I think I wrote you an e-mail I forgot to send.
